Popped down the workshop and Paul has been a busy boy down there..

Looking great with the rims and the chrome on

Finshed up making the front bumper mounts.





Just the windows and running boards to go.

OMG that looks amazing! You'd never know that was the same car, I am blown away with it. Utter class.

The weekend dead line WILL NOT be happening now due to the window rubbers being the wrong size So new ones need to be got hopefully tuesdayish they should be here and back in..

steering wheel wouldnt fit either but the gear knob did 1 out of 3 aint bad

ive checked the gfs catalogue and the part number on the bag is correct but the bag was open when it was delivered so someone has put the wrong ones in which has really really fooked me off cos it was going to be bk on the rd tmz

it looks cool as.....1303's arent everyones cuppa tea but yours looks awesome

Not a problem Kate he'll still be finished and on the road by the end of the week... (as long as the new rubbers are correct)

Im definitley a lover. I wasnt a fan til I drove one, and its so different to early beams etc.

tis true almost like a mk one golf to drive

i rang gsf and they pointed out that the parts numbers were correct and i said i no i checked them but the restorers said they just too small so he has put some nice new window rubbers on the van for me and they should be here today

Was well gutted they didnt fit!!

Lets hope they do get here today...we have had things delivered the same day too so they can be quite good

Im in a bit of shock gsf actually delivered them today as they promised its been the best service ive had off them

Can't wait to see it back on the road ........won't be long now then
