Done both bottom hinge panels, also replaced some of the passenger pillar.

Not the best welding in the world, couldnt get the welder right for shit, its solid and there not moving, got to buy some flap discs now and grind the shit out of it.

About 50/50 happy with my progress today, Flap disc down the welds on the door hinge posts and filled and primed today

Drivers side very happy

No thank god, the line isnt straight lol, the door fits fine and all lines up but the panel isnt straight,
Not sure if to cut it and make straight or leave as its never gonna win shows just be a usable bug Wink

Looking good carl, just make sure the door seal fits otherwise you might get water leaks.
