| Got a set of Tor-Q bits, along with a grease cartridge and a new hole punch for when the waistline trim goes on. | |

| CSP replied to me today regarding the pin at the base of the shifter not clearing the reverse plate. I can move the position of the pin by rotating the t-handle shifter. Each full rotation will move the pin position by 1.5mm | |

| It worked. Needs a road test but I think it's nailed now. I also drilled the door and fitted the pillar spot. | |

Unless I mark them and chop them off with a Dremel. [penny drops]

| I have got a vice and hacksaw. I'll whizz them back out and redo them.
It was a pain as the heads had been polished I think and the Allen key didn't fit properly.
I'll put the light back together as I have been trying to find an led bulb for it.

| you could use this to hold your deluxe trim on chap.. they use it to bond solar panels to caravan roofs... a little bit of deluxe trim should be no problem!

| SuperDry now has a nice new MoT certificate. I also had the gearbox oil flushed and replaced. Apparently the stuff that came out was minging, and was frothy! That ain't right! It can only help with my dodgy gear shift that I've never been able to quite nail since I've had the van. | |

| In my quest to improve the gear shift I replaced the front section of the gear shift rod and the front bush. Didn't get a chance to take it out as we were out last but might drag it out this evening when Mrs Scoops comes back. | |

| Tonight I have been out and tightened the wing nut by 1.5-2 turns on the clutch cable.
Took it out for a spin and it seemed fine, but think I need a run up the motorway. I was going to take it to work on Friday morning but I'm stopping in Bristol on Thursday night.
Might scoot down to Apex or somewhere at the weekend.
