It's amazing how much crap falls down there!

Luckily I've had a very good prod with a screwdriver and the inner wings and channel are 100% solid - which is good

Just gotta crack on with welding her back up now!

I can't wait to get her rolling again..... seems aaaaaages since I last drove her!

All welded in and primered up. Just waiting for it to dry so I can seam seal it and wack on some POR-15

Been out and slapped some seam sealer on the a pillar. Whilst that was drying I pulled out the carpet from that side. Every inch of the stuff on the channels was stuck down with glue so it took (what seemed like) forever! Once it was off, I gave the pan a good hoover. Thankfully no nasty suprises - just a bit of surface rust and some flakey paint




Slapped on some POR-15:




Job done!

Wow this project is coming along really nicely, im watching very closely as im hoping to start my very first project sometime in the summer... so long as i can afford it... anyways nice care and good luck with the rest of the work...

Picked up the dropped spindles earlier:


So far fitted one of them:


Earlier this morning i spent more time with my drill getting the other door off - this one was a little bit more stubbon, but I got there in the end. Pulled up all the carpet again - thankfully no nasty suprises - just a lot of glue!

Spindles are on and she's back on her feet!

I'm not sure how the pic of the garage got in actually and clean?! We're supposed to be able to fit 2 cars in there on Sunday - spent an hour tidying it after I took that pic - now got a large box of tools and a large box of bits waiting to go back on Bella.

Then while that started to dry I decided that it would be fun to see what she'd look like with a wing on....

So I loosely fitted her bonnet and bumper:





When the POR-15 is dry I might go and start putting her interior back in.
