THIS IS A VOLKSWAGEN SP 2 BUILT IN BRAZIL IN 1976, I THINK THE ORIGINAL COLOUR WAS GREEN. THIS CAR WAS IMPORTED INTO THE UK IN 1977, IT HAS COVERED 72871 KILOMETERS IT BELONGED TO MY BROTHER-IN-LAW SINCE 20/07/1985 AND HAS SPENT ALL ITS LIFE IN A GARAGE. THE ENGINE IS 1678CC AND PRODUCES 65HP AT 4600RPM. IT IS AIR COOLED AND DELIVERS A TOP SPEED OF 100MPH, EVERYTHING WORKS ON THE CAR APART FROM THE TIME CLOCK. SHE HAS A 4 SPEED GEARBOX. SHE IS NEARLY ORIGINAL BUT HAS HAD A FEW EXTRAS ADDED LIKE REAR SCREEN WASHERS FITTED AND AIR HORNS. SHE IS A DELIGHT TO DRIVE BUT GETTING IN AND OUT IS NOT EASY AS IT IS ONLY 48INCHES HIGH.
