This is my T4 van that i am in the process of turning into a nice van i will keep you all up to date with stuff as i do it to the van....
first of all are the pics when i first got the van and the pics dont really show how bad the van was
So the work started with my side exit exhaust which sounds awesome and looks good (well i think so)
After this i started removing all the rust and dents from the van and trust me there are loads
then i decided i wanted to smooth the front panel into the van so out came the welder and of i went
then came the start of the smoothing of the rear doors
by this time the top was all ready for its first coat of balck paint
the next day i got bored of bodywork and decidec to lower the front suspension got about 14mm of thread left now better than 120mm when i first started
then i had to try and make my mind up what colour i wanted the bottom so of i wnet the the paint suppliers and came back with this colour and wanted to see what i would be like so i painted half the van
i decided i really liked it and the next day painted the whole van
then was time to lower the back so off to the scrappy for some rear corsa spring and with a little bit of fettling i ended up with a van lowered 120mm and looks great
Then after another trip to the scrappy i came back with the bumper add ons and set about fixing them on
then came some checkers
after all this i have started on the interior the rear seat folds flat and turns into a bed
still loads more to be done to her will update as it happens
