Bleeding a diesel

If thats the prob, I changed the diesel filter, blew through the fuel lines and sorted the breaking down, ever since its had another prob.

When you start the van it runs lumpy like its running on 3, and smokes like fook, bring the revs up and it clears, let the revs drop and it does it again until warm then its all fine

Is this air in the system or am i selling the fooking heap???

the dilemma is...

do i just buy the front beam adjusters and do it myself or just pay to get it done? i have seen it advertised at £300 and done in a day.

has anyone fitted the adjusters? does the beam need to come out or can they be fitted in situ?

i dont really want to buy a new beam

i dont want it in the weeds as i want to ...

Been set up on rolling road at 400miles (carb prob all sorted etc) and tuned for running in.

it took me around France/Cornwall and to bristol and back loads for work, with no problems.

this week it's began to run rough.....

idle speed dropping from 900rpm to 500rpm and sometimes cutting out.

(sorted ish by a turn on both carbs idle speed/throttle screw)

it also makes a cough/spitting/pop in the right hand ...
