			<description>put a egg in some salted water .....when boiling reduce to a simmer for 9mins ....then take the egg (or eggs) out and cool off in cold water and de-shell ...





then get some DECENT sausage meat .....and put some fresh chopped parsley ,spring onions,coriander ,basil and salt and black pepper with the meat and mix it up 



season some flour ...



pat the sausage meat into approx 5&quot; by 6&quot; shapes using the flour on the egg ,your hands and the worktop ...

			<description>Cube up some lean steak into smallish peices and sling in a casserole dish.

Chop a onion and put in too.

Finely slice cloves of garlic ( I normally use 3 or 4) but to your own taste.

Add two teaspoons of brown sugar.

Add two teaspoons of honey.

Add 2 teaspoons of mixed herbs.

Finally, add 1 can of Guinness.

Cover with foil and pop in the fridge overnight.

 

The last one I did I used a bottle of Old Speckled Hen instead.

Normally in the summer I will leave it to soak over night  ...</description>

2) Pop in to the Chadni in Burnham



3) Order a pint of Bangla



4) Order a Lamb Tikka Massala Balti xtra hot



5) Drink the pint of Bangla



6) Walk home



7) Eat very tasty curry



 Wash down with bottle of (take out) Banngla



9) Relax and enjoy

			<title>CHOCO MUG CAKES</title>

4 tbsp sugar... 

2tbsp cocoa.. 

mix together in a big mug... 

then mix together 1 egg 3 tbsp milk and 1 tbsp oil...

stir that into the mug with the dry stuff.... 



THEN here comes the magic part.. bung it in the micro for 3 mins!!!!!! 



TADAAAA yummy choco cake!



make sure the mug can hold more than 300ml my micro is a 700w so adjust accordingly

Add a little salt &amp; pepper to the water and bring to the boil.

 

Next add some chopped carrots, leaks, sweet potaoes, sweed and some new potatoes.

Lower the heat and get out the house and in the car.

Keep your eyes pealed for fresh road kill (or create your own, just stay off the pavements incase you hit a small child!)  my preference is always badger, you get a lot for your efforts.

CARROT AND CORRIANDER SOUP



 INGREDIENTS 

 2 lb (900 g) carrots, peeled and chopped 

 1 tablespoon coriander seeds 

 1 oz (25 g) butter 

 1 small clove garlic, crushed 

 2 pints (1.2 litres) chicken or vegetable stock 

 3 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander, plus 6 small sprigs, to garnish 

 3 tablespoons crème fraîche 

 salt and freshly ground black pepper

What you need:



Trout (obviously) Gutted and descaled

Red Pepper

mushrooms

Cider



Place the trout in a baking tray, cover in cider (I use strongbow)

cover and place in fridge for 24hrs.

Remove trout from cider and stuff with chopped pepper and mushrooms.

wrap in tinfoil, place in oven for 20 mins or until cooked (20 mins should be fine)



Serve with choice of vegetables
